The Brasov Olympic Track<\/strong> was inaugurated in January 2010, is home to the Corona Wolves hockey team of Brasov<\/strong> and is Romania’s newest modern ice rink. The track is located behind Brasov central station in Tractoru Park and has access for cars in the public car park of Turnului Street. The track has 1,600 seats and a further 400 seats, with a total capacity of more than 2000 seats. In the stands are 16 \u00b0 C to 2.1 m. The ice is 11 \u00b0 C. and has varying temperatures depending on the sport that is practiced: -6 \u00b0 C during figure skating, -10 \u00b0 C for short track and -15 \u00b0 C for hockey. The track has 6 changing rooms for hockey and skating and one for the public and also has conference room, doping station, medical office, a buffet and bars.<\/p>\n

Amazing views can be admired from Poiana Brasov<\/strong> ski and snowboarding resort, which is only 12 km from Brasov, from where you can easily reach in 20 minutes with buses leaving Livada Postei (center of city). The slopes\u00a0is one of the most visited international tourist centers of all the fans of the winter sports in the world and counts on 7 impressive ski resorts<\/strong>, with snow of excellent<\/strong> quality during 4-5 months to the year, offering the visitors spectacular views and miles of descents.<\/p>\n
